United Partners (UP) is a real estate investment and asset management company focused on Value Add / Opportunistic projects. UP provides opportunities for investors to participate along side our sponsors in Multifamily projects in select markets throughout the country. With over 35 years of collective experience the principals of UP have a solid track record of deal making, creative financial structuring, in multiple markets. With over 1,000 units of housing created, financed, rehabbed or purchased. UP is focused on creating home owners from renters and advancing the wealth and assets of communities previously marginalized by disinvestment. UP is committed to utilizing the democratization of investment property, and the empowered individual investor married with syndication vehicles. UP seeks to benefit from the broadening definition of the ideal investor by proactively creating the dialog around education and group investing. Operating since early 2021, the company is a high energy, high paced, and people centric environment with offices in Miami and New York.

Dwayne Jeffrey
Co-Founder & Principal
Mr. Jeffrey’s role as principal is to lead the acquisitions for United Partners. He is also charged with scaling and growing the firm that sees its investments as catalytic for the community and its investors. Prior to founding United Partners Mr. Jeffrey, was principal of Jeffrey Venture Management Corp (JVM), a real estate investment firm focused on opportunistic real estate projects along the east coast. Prior to starting JVM, Mr. Jeffrey worked with Carthage Real Estate Advisors as Director of Acquisitions from 2012 to 2019. Carthage is a real estate development company focused on work force and affordable housing in the Tri-State Region.

Mr. Jeffrey grew pipeline of Carthage from $7M in 2012 to over $375M in 2017, consisting of 800 units, and 8 Multifamily projects in New York City; Buffalo, NY; Newark, NJ; and East Orange, NJ, As a financial consultant and principal.
Mr. Jeffrey, sourced, arranged, and structured financing for $20 million , originated over 180 residential transactions with a specialty of distressed assets 50% of annual deal flow was repeat business from distressed real estate investors
Nyron Chin-Sang

Mr. Chin Sang’s role as principal is to leads Investors Relations for United Partners. He is also charged with scaling and growing the firm that sees its investments as catalytic for the community and its investors Prior to Co-founding United Partners Mr. Chin Sang was president of Gold Key Group, a full-service boutique real estate investment and consulting firm. Mr. Chin Sang has closed more than $30,000,000 of real estate transactions.

Mr. Chin Sang has invested in Multifamily, Land, and Retail in several countries (US, JA, GH) and four states (NY, NJ,NC, and FL). His portfolio is worth more than $10 million. Mr. Chin Sang has bought and sold more than $40 Million properties since 2007. Mr. Chin Sang, as principal investor, led a team through the acquisition, assemblage, entitlement, and disposition of two development sites: A 440, 000 sq ft, 631 units, 42 Story in Downtown Brooklyn which was sold to Avalon Bay Communities, Inc (ABB – NYSE). And a 26,000 sq ft, 29 unit3 parcel assemblage in Clinton Hills Brooklyn sold to a local Luxury Condo Developer. Mr. Chin-sang is also a member of Miami MLS, Long Island REIA, Greater Westchester REIA, The New York State REIA, and REAP 2012 Alumni (Real Estate Associate Program is the commercial real estate industry’s leading diversity program bringing the country’s most talented minority professionals into the world of commercial real estate.
